TagNation CEO and Sound Engineer, Unkle Nino Celebrates his birthday today,Monday 9th september
Unkle Nino celebrates his birthday on September 9th.
Nana Quami Nino as real name and known in the showbiz as Unkle Nino was born on September 9th at Ahafo Goaso, a sub reigion in Ghana by Nana Kwame Boampong (Paramount chief of Mim Nsuta) and Georgina Osei Fremah (Queen Mother of Mim Nsuta). He is the last born of his parents with three siblings. He attented Great Future Leaders elementary school at Dommeabra in the Ashanti region and later moved to Mim Pentecost Junior High to graduate from junior high. After Junior high he continued his education to senior high at Miracle Senior high school in Sunyani,Ghana. He successfully graduated from senior high school and further his education to PMC Media and Business College to study Broadcast Journalism.
Unkle Nino started music game at his young age and was a D J when he was in Junior high, his D J stage name was DJ Nino Brown. He played in many clubs and events where he met more musicians and socialize with many people. After graduating from studying Broadcast Journalism at PMC Media and Business College, he went to
Sketch World Professional Radio Academy to pursue Master certificate in Dj'ing.
He was working at Sikka fm as a Morning show host with a program named ''Efie kwan so'' he then moved to Okesse fm as a Drive time host with Braa Kwaku P-Zone.
He later moved from Okese fm to Sketch Fm where he was the Programs manager and head of all the Dj's and all this while he was doing Sound engineering and producing songs for musicians. And also gain more ideas from his partner FREDDY BEATZ who showed gave him knowledge about producing music and sound engineering. Nino continue his education at University of Kentucky and started his team TagNation Records with his young age play mate Dj, Dj tag Pizzaro. They both put effort in the team and people started to know and join the Record
Nino put much effort in the music game at both sides, Dj'ing and sound engineering. He won Discovery Dj of the year and Best Event Dj at Ghana Radio and TV personality Awards in 2017, and also won Best producer during the Ghana Underground Musicians Awards in the same year. He travelled to Liberia on the 22nd November 2018, where he started Sound engineering again and was working in DC Records at Doe Community and made a great hits in the whole district 14 beacause of his foreign style of producing songs. And he started his TagNation Records again where he signed good singers and rappers like Royal D, Vejanike, M shark, Jacksquaze, Slim don, Big Kid and others, he worked in different and great studios to work for many of the Liberians Stars like Young Zee, KillerBeatz, Mr. Pabai, LIB Soldier and many more. The people loved and like his work and how he humble himself towards everybody. Today 9th September 2019 is a great day for all TagNation Records both Gh and LIB, they are celebrating a legend Birthday.
